Hi guys, I was just sitting frustrated and sad after playing this game, and decided to maybe ask this question before giving it up. I have two problems:

1. As Kasumi I tried to gift a 550k suit to Ayane 4 (four) times during day and evening times. All four times she had a handful of notes flying over her head. She rejected every time and her disposition fell every time she rejected. I payed already more than 1.5 mil credits re-wrapping this suit and it took me 5 hours of futile attempts. Is this normal, or I am missing some key point? I figure, it would take several years to complete this game without cheating.

2. After a certain point when I became proficient with controls, the game started punishing me for playing volleyball good. Opposing teams became extremely lucky, AI became very tough, every match is a fierce battle where I either win or not with a minimal margin, which gives me only 70000-90000 credits. In connection with my problem with Ayane, I really do not know what to do. Am I doing anything wrong? Sometimes I feel that I don't really control the game and It is the AI decides if I must win or not.

wave race is your friend. Once you learn the tracks (and boost point for final tracks) then they can be a good way to make cash. Simplified gifting depends on what version of DOAX2 you are playing. If you don't have the option of the crystal boutique then you might search for doax2 gifting tips.

Cheat. Because Tecmo sucks.

1. The game will corrupt your save file.
2. You will lose the save game when you move to Xbox next.

BTW, I have tried giving suits 15 times and still have had them rejected.

These people are sadistic morons. DOAX2 could have been fun, but if you notice, people stopped playing it much quicker than the original DOAX.

Use A Memory Card. It is possible that the Hard Drive can get corrupted.

Yeah its rough to give anthing between those two. There are some glithces that help but its all alot to do if you ask me.

Try...when she has several friendship points give her her fav food again and then give her the SS. Ayane, Christie, and Tina are the hardest to give gifts to. But you can also try to double give a SS. I mean give the SS to Christie and then play Christie and give it to Ayane.

I just finished Kokoro last week (previously, I finished Ayane and Lisa).
Taking a break from NG2; waiting for bug fixes from Tecmo.

There was one suit that required 20 attempts before the girl took it! I think it was one of Tina's cheap suits.

YES! I could not get triple Christies at the slot machine as Kokoro. I dumped in >20M Zacks and not ONE set of Christies came up!

So, I easily got the Secret Ticket as Ayane, and then gifted the ticket to Kokoro.
