I have been a big fan of the Tecmo Bowl since the NES days. When I heard it was coming out for the DS and was customizable I picked up a copy as soon as it came out.

I am a big Canadian Football League fan and I had fun creating my own CFL teams on this version of Tecmo Bowl. I did find the customization limited but it was to nice play an all Canadian League.

I would like see a Tecmo Cup (like the Grey Cup) but since there is not a strong market for that idea it would be great to have a more customizable league option.

- Change size of fields (100 or 110 yards)
- Size of End Zones (10 or 20 yards wide)
- Number of teams in a league (8 up to 32 Teams)
- Choice of 4 or 3 downs
- Single point for missed field goals.
- Have a yearly draft
- Number of players on the field (11 or 12 players)

Other improvements would be:

- More than just 3 field conditions (Wind and Temperature can a game)
- Players fitness conditions (not all players play a whole season)
- Day Time or Night Time games.
- Different types of fields (grass, artificial turf)
- Stadiums (indoor and outdoor stadiums)
- Officials Call challenge (on critical play have the option to challenge a referee's call for video replay)
- Stronger AI

Most CFL football fans would like to see a CFL football video game in the future but giving fans the ability to create their own versions of the different types of pro football like XFL or Arena Football would be great.
