Itagaki once said the game is a new form of genre, not a fighting game or RPG.

Sorry when i put "CC" i was referring to customized charters, not Code Cronus. I know i did not make that clear. It just sounded like you where talking about VF customized charters...like add ons to the charters.

as long as ayane is there i'll buy it but i hope that story mode goes a little more in deapth also unlockables all have there own story

Lemme add some more ideas for what they fifth game could have:

• When Jann-Lee uses his face slap hold on the girls, there could be effects added that show their face powder flying! The same could happen when Helena slaps, and when Kasumi straddles her opponents' necks, she could have a link-attack added where she slaps them on their faces.
  
  
• In the tag mode: when players trade places the men could tag each other with high-fives, and the girls could tag each other with hugs, kisses and lip-locks. Same for victory poses.
  
  
• When Gen Fu is teamed with another girl, he could scoop them into his arm cradle as a victory pose, just like Bass scoops Tina into an arm cradle during their victory pose.
  
  
• Lei Fang and Jann Lee could hug each other and lip-lock in a victory pose, and so could Kasumi and Hayabusa, Hayate and Hitomi, and Christie and Bayman.
  
  
• There needs to be a score ranking table for all modes that shows either best time completions, or best scores and points earned.
  
  
• They need better jumps, and some characters even air-throws. Kasumi could use an air throw, and maybe Kokoro could too.

Ramp down the cheap AI. Add Kokoro's kimono costume from the early demos as seen in DOAU (she's wearing a japanese loin cloth not the one in DOA4 where she's wearing a half slip )but was never implemented.

1st off XINO you have the worst suggestions, try not to make anymore. 2nd SC4 customization is 100 times better then Tekken, and that's what I'm hoping for.

just because you don't play fighting game whereas you are meant to fight, but since you suck at it, all you do is make dress up costume for the boys and girls characters doesn't mean DOA needs a customization!

I completely agree. The customization in Tekken may be a little over done in my view, but this style is the best way for DOA. Because if Team Ninja allows you to create your own character then you will lose interest in playing the main cast as I have seen it in SC4.

For dead or alive 5 I think the new characters should be

1. A Korean college student with short brown hair who falls in love with jan lee ( making this a rivalry with lei-fang)

2. A black Trinidadian female rapper with long black hair with blond hilights who wants to prove herself then more then a snobby rich girl.

3.An irish Canadian women with amber colered ponytails who is a bounty hunter who has to capture Christie.

4.A Japanese teenage boy who has black hair with one blue highlight who is bored with his life and wants to kick butt.

5.A white American young man with blond hair who is buff and was Tina's ex boyfriend who now wants to win Lisa's heart.(making tina and Lisa's Friendship bad.)

Suggestions:
As a lot of other fans, I want a rank for every mode. A comparative rank between you and your friends could be good too.
Some more different chars, as Tboyswag said. The relationship between everyone must be more apparent.
CGs in the same level of DoA4 or better, and a deeper history please. The endings should be related to the history. (dont do something like Kasumi ending, that thing was horrible)
A guest character! I loved Nicole-458 and more guests are very welcome.

Judging by their twitter, Id say they are going to do an overall story mode similar to DOA Dimensions. I could be reading into wrong though.
Though, I also love individual story mode, I liked the way DOAD done it also.
