Ever tried something like this before? Let me see if I can offer up one experimental example for starters:

1. "Hey, Kasumi, gimme five! "

2. Kasumi: "Whoa, Helena, you sure look exhausted! What happened?"

Helena: "I just had a match with Leon, and it wasn't even much of a challenge. Now, Kasumi, I'd just like to take a nice hot shower!"

Feel free to add more pictures and captions, and see what you can think of. It could be fun.

yani!?

I don't get this, but what I wanted to say is the subtitles for this game are wrong sometimes.

DOAU2, Gen Fu vs Helena, Gen fu said something about he's fighting in the tournament for "Kapicha" which means money. However the subtitle said "he's fightng in the tournament ".
so Marlene is now Money?

Another thing TECMO should address, I want the words they say in Japanese be exactly the same thing the subtitle says!

This isn't just Tecmo thats the case for any game out there. Translating Japanese is more like interpreting because there aren't always exact translations and different people can translate the same text differently.

but yeah, Gen fu WAS entering the the tournament for money to pay for medical treatment.

so what are you saying?

I'm saying whatever Japanese speaks, should be translated correctly in the subtitles not by changing some words.
Because languages like French, when they speak, they use words that's meant to be said first as their last.
For an example "in the toilet I went to" (I don't speak French so this is the best way to give example).
TRANSLATION 1: If it's meant to be translated it should be "I went in to the toilet".
TRANSLATION 2: What people like Tecmo are doing is this: "I proceed in to the toilet" or "I advanced in to the lavatory".

This is my complaint, I want translation 1 to be used all the time not translation 2. Because interpreter thinks the language used; when translating, the english seems poor. I don't care man.

Because you learn some words in native languages.
If they keep using Translation 2: Then I can get words mixed up, like 1- "Yani": Wait
2- "Yani"- What?

So translation 1 is needd!
I get glimpse of some words in Thai and Chinese, during some movies the meaning sounds different:/

if you could speak Japanese then you'd understand how translating it works. As a Half Japanese, Half English myself I can speak both fluently and so I know that there are not literal translation from English to Japanese and translating it is more like interpreting it.

BUT I already told you that and you ignored it.

if you want literal translations you'd get:

Japanese: "Ayane! Naze omae ga koko ni iru?"
Literal English: "Ayane! why you here are?"

*I wrote the Japanese in Romaji so you can read it.
