Considering the pic says 2007 I think its probably an image that Itagaki came up with before his split from Tecmo. The tecmo staff said that Code Chronus was all itagaki's idea and he kept it private so theres no possibility of it ever being made now, but the Sigma producer is too smart to let this game slide so he got around it by adding Kasumi into Ninja gaiden. Expect her playable in Ninja gaiden 3
