We all hope, that TECMO´s Team Ninja will announce a brand new DoA Game in 2009!

But it´s not really clear, what Team Ninja is working at right now. But the one thing is sure - Dead or Alive (and NG1+2) was and still is the one and only Smashhit of TECMO TEAM NINJA and needs a new Episode.

Earlier or later, TECMO will give us the holy information! I´m really sure about that. BUT, when will that be? I really hope this year, but it´s possible, that they´ll wait for the new console generation.

Well, now that we know a few projects Team Ninja is working on, Quantum Theory, Metroid Other M, NGS2, I dont think there is any room for a DOA in 2009.

While Im totally for a new DOA, I think its time Team Ninja branched out to a spin off fighting series. Id personally like to see a weapon based combat game from TN. With some of the DOA cast, and the cast of Ninja Gaiden, they already have a solid roster of characters that could use weapons. Couple that with some TN brand of violence, and we could have a game more over the top than MK, but would gameplay at least in the general area of Soul Calibur.

3D Fighters these days are nothing but sequels. It would be nice to see a fresh start (though my proposed project wouldn't be entirely new, but new enough).

Hi everyboby I have maybe some VERY good news!

First of all, I found an interview in wich Tecmo said that they have already members that are working on DOA project.

And the reason that I post: I found a picture that is maybe a fake, or maybe a picture from DOA 5

If this is a real picture from DOA 5, PS3 users will be really happy because we can read on the botom of the picture, on the left Xbox 360 and PS3 ^^

It´s an edited wallpaper of Dead or Alive 4. It isn´t bad at all but not Dead or Alive 5.
