Will the ban in various places in Europe- Sweden, Norway and Denmark inadvertently cause the next DOA game to take place 2 years later?

DOA Dimensions sales will take a small or if not quite an impact because of the ban in those 3 countries above. Tecmo Koei would not allow this to happen in their future games and especially the next DOA game. Tecmo Koei Europe represents Europe gaming and they would make sure every sales are generated by all geography their game were localised to.

The question is, will DOA ??? (DOA 5), take place 2 years later because of this ban? If the game does takes place 2 years later therefore Kasumi would be 19 and Ayane would be 18. This will avoid the 'loli' image of DOA most people refer to it as, and it would also disrupt the under-age sexuality related to DOA.

Itagaki was the creator of Dead Or Alive and he was the designer who aged those two girls, now that Hayashi is The Leader, he can make those changes and rectify these problems. Originally in previous games those girls age remained the same and dubbed as 'Unknown' in US and Europe formats, intentionally to avoid this problem that is happening now.

Will The Leader abide by the rules and change the timeline to adjust the girls age for the sake of DOA sales?
or
Will The Leader stick to the original formatted design and leave the age as it is, whatever the timeline takes place in will stick, he would be doing this for the fans and not for ban, EU decisions or game sales.

Or will The Leader just play by the original rule and call the girl's age Unknown?

Question:
Will DOA 5 take place 2 years later because of this Europe ban?

Choices:
yes
no

when someone is doing something intentionally 'wrong', you will always have a small group who would back up that wrong doing.

Much like the Rapelay game that was banned internationally, you got number of groups saying it was ok for that game to be created and not to be banned.

or sex and violence in games, it is not ok for younger audience and like as usual you will always get ones who would approve of this madness and wrong doing because in their eyes they don't see it as wrong.

We might even compare this to Hilter, Hilter's doing was all wrong but in his eyes he thinks he was doing a good thing.

This is the term we use malevolence.

Hey y'all!

Wanted to share some news: Bergsala, Nintendos distributor in Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark) has decided that they will not release the game since they've recieved a threat from someone who's decided to file a report on the game for breaking the Swedish child pornography law.

Some random dude from the biggest message board in Sweden called Flashback, started a thread. Basically he goes out saying that three of the girls (Kasumi, Kokoro and Ayane) are violating the swedish child pronography law. The law says that if someone is picturing a girl under the age of eighteen, fictional or not, in a pornographic situation, that accounts for being child pornography. TS goes saying that it is the mode Showcase, which expose the gils by taking pictures and and zooming on their female counterparts, that will be the foundation of his report.

However! The purpose of this was not to stop the game from being sold, but to push the Swedish law regarding child pornography. There was recently a trial where a Swedish manga drawer was being accused for child pornography and charged, that has now resulted in a HUGE debate regarding this topic and the overprotective Swedish law. Nevertheless, the whole ideá backfired or someone else decided to jump the bandwagon and file this report before the game was even released (TS planed on filing the report on the day the game was released). TS had contacted the Swedish police in advance asking for feedback and wheather he should continue pursuing filing the report or not. The evidence was "lacking", since a girl under the age of eighteen in thongs is not porn was the Police's reply.

But appareantly that was enough to make the distributor stop the game from being sold not only in Sweden but also in Norway and Denmark. Retailers like GAME and GameStop are now one by removing the game from their websites and giving returns to customers that pree-ordered this.
