Hey all it is Remy Again,

I wanted to know from the people that have played the game. Do you guys think it is even remotely fair that the game got 5.8/10 score. What would you give the game if you wrote a review.

I would be thinking at least a 7 out of 10 !!!!

Later Dayz,

Remy

I would say they were being kind of mean. They are right about the controls though. The very first thing I did after I started playing is try to change the controls. I hate the PSP analog stick so I tried to change it to the dpad to no avail.

7.0 is what I would probably give this game. It is good but I has it's problems. 5.8 is kind of low.

This is the first time in a long time that I didn't agree with IGN totally after playing the product. The last time I was a odds with them was with the score they gave to Tales of Vesperia.

Do you agree with the really high Destructoid score of 8.5/10....

I feel 7.5 max...there are lot of challenges and unloackables. But there could of been a lot more polish for sure. I really hope to see Undead Knights 2 on PSP or PS3. That would be killer..

I'd have given a solid 6 the game felt lazy to me. Three characters but only one story. Fantastic story but a subpar dialogue. It feels like they covered up the fact that they were slacking with a lot of course language. Now I swear like a sailor so I'm not against it but it shouldn't be a way to make up for laziness. The characters are monotonous as well. There's no diversity among the enemies and there is no A.I. to speak of. Frustrating controls as well.
Thats the crap. But its fun, its violent, and its a great story. The designs, although limited were still very well done. Plus the more I play it the more throw backs I see towards the game tecmo's deception, thats just awesome. So I'd say 5.8 overly critical but a 7.0 is definitely too gracious.

Dear Grimm9,

I agree with you 100%....I gave it that score as the wow factor had still not faded. But now I agree with 6/10 score. There are plenty of faults to this game. I still really enjoyed it and I felt that there are great aspects of the game. But I really really hated the chick with the scythe becuase she is really hard to use.

I would say an 8/10. No game is perfect, but all in all this game delevers with a new concept and an overall great game. yes tweaks can be made like I mentioned in the other forum questions but definitly 5.8 is too low.

Dear Sabath81,

I agree....normally IGN is pretty fair unless of course it is a trial and error game like Dungeon Maker, Coded Arms....games that have a very specific audience..of hard core players..like Undead Knights...

I personally followed this game from the very start...there has not been much love from the press when it comes to this game...there is not even game saves or FAQ's...which is sad..nor are there cheats...

Later dayz,

Remy
