When you look at the last few threads I have made about GDC you will see that my focus isn't only on GDC but most of the big happenings leading up to that one event. This thread is an information dump of what is going on in the industry. So this thread will contain not only news from GDC 2010 but also info from E3, TGS and any other big events that happen before it. They may be gatherings, something industry changing, or shocking.
Once GDC 2010 comes around I will make a new one that focuses on what may be the most important show of the following year.
I will admit that E3 09 will likely end up being the biggest E3 in years and I'm not only talking about show attendance. Yet considering how crappy E3 has been for the last few years I'm sticking with leaving GDC in the title of my future threads. At least I always have a good idea of what to expect at that event.
That said. I expect that both 3rd parties and 1st are holding their best stuff for E3 this time around unlike last year.
