i just wanna know, why youre selling useless ninja gaiden 2 games to mexico and youre doing nothing about it, i love ng but you made me waste my money in a game that doesnt work, i cant play the game, because in chapter 10 theres a video that causes troubles in the game , and i cant go any futhert than that! i have to turn off my console, and im not the only person that has this problem! i have sent e mails to tecmo n xbox and they doesnt even bother in answer the mails

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Do you have a high speed connection? If so connect to Live and see if the update fixes your problem. If not it means that gamers in Mexico aren't the only ones having the problem but gamers around the world. I don't truly know who is responsible for patching the games but I do know that Microsoft is the publisher of the game. If you want them to get Team Ninja to make a patch you need to go to the Xbox.com site and complain. It's the only way anything gets done. That goes for all companies not just one.
