It's still coming right, or did it get scrapped?

there was an article in the PSM3 magazine that said NGS2 would have 2 DLC, the first being the costume and the second they where speculating would drop early this year,

I scand the article and posted it on the net cant remember if I posted it here but Ill see if I can find it,

But id say give up on it,
