Does anyone happen to have either of these? Either for Sigma 1 or 2?

If anyone does, can someone tell me if the guide lists all item locations (those items you can't buy off Muramasa) in the Master Ninja modes? Unfortunately there isn't a single FAQ on GameFAQs that lists locations for the hardest modes (and I don't see the point in Tecmo rearranging them for each mode). It had it for Black, but not for two later-gen games of the series...

Hayabusa's badass to the point Tecmo Koei gave Rei from FOTNS a move with "Flying Sparrow" in its name.

don't spend money on guides, look online, ask us on this forum!

I have collected all 50 Golden Scarabs (or was it 51?) it took me 5 story modes to do it, but I got it.
same with the crystal skulls.

With the scarabs, you get a cool sword, but not much else, so it's just for your own accomplishment getting all the scarabs.

The crystal skulls were useless, they give you discounts that aren't good enough when you play on Master. Again accomplishment only, not even a PS3 Trophy...

Alright, I'm not talking about scarab locations, since IIRC, they are the same in all modes.

It's just the LOTGs, SOTDs etc. (the upgrading items) locations that change in each mode for some retarded reason.

But anyway, on DOAWORLD today someone was kind enough to give me the RAR file of like 7 Prima guides! Two of them being Sigma and Sigma 2. The rest were for like DOA4, DOAUltimate, Ninja Gaiden and Ninja Gaiden Black lol...awesome. Yeah, it would be a "waste of money" as you said.

Don't really know what the freak those skulls are supposed to do in Sigma 2, by the way. What do they do again?

you know I would actually Recommend fans to check out the guides if you want tidbit of info on the games. I've been playing this game for a long time and checking out the guide I saw some nice info.
For an example how to get karma points like what matters and techniques you use to get points: UT+ OT.

Also the guide showed power ratings for all weapons and Blade of the Archfiend is the strongest weapon in the game. Though the guide got some info wrong.

Also you get to know some *right names for some enemies and bosses. Finally the dragon you encounter in the canyon is called Flame Dragon. Even though we don't know if that's the right name, the name does fits perfectly and makes sense.

I wouldn't advise you to look at NG3 guide when the games comes out. But I would only recommend it if you've played the game so much but want to find out some tidbit info or stuff you didn't know. So check NG3 guide 6 months or 1 year after release.
