no, I meant variety of different looking costumes packs to choose from. Wasn't there also different costumes packs to buy in NG2? Well having a costume pack is sort of like what we are having now, because we have different costume for the girls and Ryu. But they seriously should have added a new one for Ryu or a black design version of this white ancient costume:/

And I hope the DLC that will be coming up should be worth it!

Costumes are ok, but a little expensive because many of us onli need 3 costumes, cause Ryu`s costume was a gift for the people that have the collector`s edition, anyway Maybe another character for missions next time.

hi i need help with this costumes i buy and downloaded it and it says install is ready i downloaded from us store but in the game i cant find them and the file i downloaded was just 100 kb is that correctly ? sorry for bad english ^^

just continue your game and press triangle, you should have the outfit in the scroll thing.

or go to team missions, start any mission, and scroll through the costumes, they should be there.

or you can go to chapter challenge and press triangle to choose the outfit. (starting a new story works too)

no they are not there only all costumes i have unlocked

I'm not trying to pick a fight here, but patches are like downloadable content. It's not like everyone has a choice whether they want the new update. They can't play online until they get those costumes added to their game because they couldn't see others using them. I think paying just unlocks them. I don't know. No disrespect.

Okay you really need to chill out and wake up; this is not a game based on real life ninjas. This is a game based the folklore of the ninja while being as bloody as possible. If you want to play a game where the ninjas are based on the real thing then play Tenchu. And while I agree the costumes need to be a little bit less revealing (Ayane being the worst) this made by the development team who perfected the whole "sex sales" concept. If people want it then Team Ninja will give them what they want.

PSN in my region hasn't gotten this yet.

i live in indonesia. my game is reg asia and tecmo still not released this in psn asia..please tecmo released it in asia, i want buy that costumes.. i already wait for 1 months and they still not released it, now i already lose hope..

i love the costumes. Ayane's FTW.

i hope they add more costumes for ryu like the ones from DOA.

more missions and characters, ie: joe hayabusa using his long sword, kasumi?, hayate?

u need to make health regenerate pack thats i really think this would work beside costumes they don't give the gamer any edge to beat the game also looks cool also i would like to see more on master ninja joe because i played the old ninja gaiden game i saw his dad die now after see him again but this wasn't him on the xbox 360 this was someone else also iwould like to know the other character from dead or alive he is also a ninja but i don't know his name & he has abit of brown hair & wears a white ninja suit also it wouldn't kill to have a slow moition abilitys i mean come do u know what it like fighting army of killer ninja on the most diffcuity setting i also would like more inventory for once 3 health pack is not even threw this game

i agree...in fact i never thought about having healthpack skins, it would be cool to have customizable feature for this game!

Joe Hayabusa is the same dad that died in the NES version. NG xbox and NES are the same games but timeline is different. NG Xbox is more of a retelling or revamp version of NES version.

the character from DOA is called Hayate.


Trust me, anybody who has thought about new ideas ninpon for Ryu had thought about a slow motion ability
