I think this is completly unreasonable. I am having the same level 10 game killer glitch as already posted earlier on this forum. I have checked the Xbox.com forums (and google) and this is a very widespread problem which tons of people are getting screwed over. Tecmo sends all people to www.xbox.com/support/contact to people with problems with the game, but I have sent e-mails there and have called in and talked to Xbox representatives and they all send me back to Tecmo saying it is thier responsibity to fix the game, and then Tecmo sends me back to xbox.com to solve me problems. Does anyone else see a problem with this? I have been a fan since the PS1 days, buying almost all thier games, but if this is how they treat thier fans then Ninja Gaiden 2 will be the last game I buy from them. This message has been edited. Yeah glitches happen I understand that. But this is a game killer glitch, it's not just about avoiding the area; it's about being impossible to continue the game. Even then though, that is besides my point. The point is Tecmo/Team Ninja completly shrugs off the customer and all responsibility by telling them to seek support with a company who will then proceed to tell you to seek support with Tecmo. Who knows about the patch, Tecmo has avoided more responsibility by not even adressing the issue. There is no statement saying we undersand the problem and are working on a solution as quickly as possible there is only silence. Leaving gamers in question about whether or not they can complete the game they payed for.
I have to admit that some of these problems should be embarrassing for Team Ninja and former head of TN given their history. I expected people to complain about their graphics but I never imagined that they would release anything buggy. I guess there is a first for everything but...damn. People not only complain about the graphics but the slow down and bugs.
Tecmo of America can't really do anything to fix this. I doubt Microsoft can themselves fix this either, because despite being published by them, unless I'm missing a valuable bit of info, they didn't develop the game. They can ask/tell Team Ninja to fix it but that is the most they can do. It is actually up to Team Ninja to fix these problems and Tecmo of Japan to make sure something is done about it... Given the current situation at Tecmo Japan I have no idea when that will be.
